An ILEC expert coaches you for 40 to 70 hours over a 6- to 12-month period.
An in-depth diagnostic interview with key stakeholders measures the effectiveness of the clients’ “inner core.” In addition to stakeholder interviews, the Inventory® (MLEI®) assessment of the “inner core” will also be conducted. The Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360® (STLI-360®) will be used to determine the client’s “core” effectiveness. ILEC experts observe presentations made during meetings pertaining to organizational development to gain a better understanding of the process. Stakeholders may also participate in presentations.
A series of informative sessions will be conducted by an ILEC expert and the leader to discuss the results of their custom assessment. At the remaining training sessions, ILEC coaches will assist participants in developing leadership and development plans that maximize strengths, capitalize on abilities, and identify areas for improvement.
