In the ILEC proprietary coaching process, an ILEC expert works with their client discreetly through four proven stages: Awareness, Assessment, Action, and Achievement.
In-depth diagnostic interviews with key stakeholders are conducted to evaluate the client’s “inner-core” effectiveness. Mattone’s proprietary upper management Enneagram Inventory® (MLEI®) “inner-core” assessment will supplement stakeholder interviews. Our Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360® (STLI-360®) will be used to acquire knowledge into the client’s “outer-core” effectiveness. An ILEC expert sometimes watches how executives present organizational development meetings as part of this process. Presentations are made and stakeholders are engaged.
In multiple sessions, the ILEC expert will present his or her observations regarding the results of the leader’s custom assessment. ILEC Coaches will continue to work hand-in-hand with leaders “hip-to-hip” to help them create a leadership plan that incorporates their gifts and strengths while addressing their development needs.
As a result of engaging stakeholders, ILEC executives are assigned a coach who will help them gain valuable insights into their leadership strengths and development gaps. In order to figure out how leaders are doing in the critical areas identified in their leadership development plans, ILEC uses its proprietary, powerful online LeaderWatch® Survey process every three months. Participants have the choice of six, nine, and twelve-month investments.
